Why bananas price?
By traveling in more then 20 countries since 2008
many times i was asked about price for my art.
It's hard question - should i charge the same price in USA, Spain, Ecuador?
It's not fair because in Ecuador 90% of population they earn less then 400$/month
And everyone deserve to own original art !!!
I love bananas and I noticed that banana currency will works very well for my art prices.
I consider the price of banana that is easiest to buy in the country/city you live in.
In USA mostly you will get 1 banana for 0.69-0.79$ (in CVS, Wallgreens)
sure you can buy cheaper --> i consider the most common price.
In Ecuador you will get 1 banana for 0.05$ (yes 5 cents) in most of the fruit shops
Also in Ecuador you can buy bananas for 0.01$ on the markets but its not everyday
and not in every place.
